Refunds are processed in a timely matter. However, depending on the situation, refunds can take at the longest 10 business days to process. On average, refunds will be processed in 1-3 days.

All items sold from Cazador Cameras Storefront locations are eligible to be returned unless otherwise stated. All returns for items labeled as “new” are to be returned within 7 days of customer receipt. Buyer will then be subject to a full refund minus shipping on item’s arrival to our location. Items labeled as “used” can be returned for a refund within a 21 day guarantee period, only if the item is found to be “DEFECTIVE” or "INOPERABLE.” If item is returned and no such discrepancy is found, buyer will not be viable for a full refund, but will receive a partial refund of half the items value. Returns outside these stipulations will be neither accepted nor viable for a full or partial refund of any nature.

Orders canceled from storefronts within 48 hours of purchase will receive full refunds. In the event that your item has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for returning/being in the process of returning the item within 3 days of receipt. Items not received within 10 days of canceled order no matter what the condition of the item will not be subject to a refund.

In the event there are any disputes revolving around the clarity or validity of a description, this claim will be reviewed before any action is to be taken including but not limited to: a full refund (including shipping), exchange, or denial of aforementioned actions. We work to our utmost to provide accurate and honest descriptions of our products: used, new, or refurbished.

Shipping is an essential cornerstone of our business and for that reason; we guarantee shipping within 72 hours of payment for all in stock items. To make all matters easier, please be sure to notify us of any order cancellations within the first 48 hours of all purchases, or your item will be shipped promptly the following morning. Tracking numbers or an ETA will be disclosed upon shipment of all items, provided that accurate contact information has been given.

All international shipping will be calculated per location. Customs bills will not read “GIFT” as to avoid any customs duties and these duties will be reflected in the price. All international buyers are to contact us through our ORDERS email address before purchasing from our FreeWebs location. International shipping through some locations will be flat rate/location dependent shipping. International customers may qualify for combined shipping discounts wherein they will receive the same credits available to national customers.

All items are safely packaged and insured to prevent breakage or defects caused by poor packaging. Packages are shipped through multiple venues as we see fit namely: UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. In the event that an item arrives broken or damaged, contact us and we will supply a comparable exchange if available or a full refund. Broken or damaged items must be returned or in transit before any exchange or refund can be processed.

Free shipping is available only through our FreeWebz location. All other shipping is either calculated or flat. Combined shipping is available for all items that can be safely packaged together. If already issued an invoice and it has been paid for, we will issue you a combined shipping invoice and apply any applicable credits to your account.
